Good morning all,
If you go to Zoom > Settings > Keyboard commands, you will find the full list of keyboard shortcuts. My problem is that I cannot seem to download them. I even tried control-a > control-c > and control-v into notepad with no success. Using Win10, JAWS2020. Thoughts?

Anna, I would use the volume mixer that you can find by pressing windows key plus R, and typing in SNDVOL and press enter.
This will allow you to adjust the zoom meeting volume so it’s lower than your screen reader, hope that helps
