Today Igot my modem from firewifi and my speeds were less than 1 meg
persecond. I was not told that they use att and tmobile for their
networks. I have Verizon for my cell service. I was told that it's
just plug and play and that I would get 4 glte speeds but that was all a
big lie. 4 g speeds are 4-12 down load and 2-5 upload. mMy speeds were
0.11 down load and 111 ping way to high. When I called tech support the
guy sent me an email with just their address but no return prepaid
shipping label. He said that he would send me the label but he did
not. When I tried to call them I could not get through. mMy calls were
dropped 5 times in a row. They want to trouble shoot with me but that
will not help. iIf I have to do that then it is not plug and play. I
will not pay 120 dollars permonthfor less than 1 meg speeds. They are
the very worse isp that I have ever tried. What a big piece of junk.
They don't use Verizon if they did then I would get4 g speeds and all
would be well. They are the worst isp on the face of the earth.
Verizon has the very best cell network out there. If I get the label
then I will send the modem back to them. After they get the modem back
they will refund my money back in 4-7 days.
