Hello Ana,
Could you tell us what headsets you use at home and at work? Are they same? Are your sound cards the same on both computers? The answer to your question most probably relates to the differences between the two.
Regards,
Pratik

I forgot to say that I use Narrator and NVDA at work, where the computer
is an HP running an enterprise version of Windows 10 that dates back to
2018 or 2019.
At home I use Jaws, Narrator, and NVDA. The Dell all-in-one is running
Windows 11 beta, and the Surface Pro is running the latest Windows 10.
All are running the same version of Zoom.
