Hi Allm, here is info from one of my friends who just purchased
accessibility in a new washer and dryer. Here is her reply to my
inquiry:
"The company is called First Build and they have a box which you plug
into your washer and dryer and it will tell you the different cycles
on it by turning a dial. This box only works with General Electric
washers and dryers. There is something wrong withour box now. The
manager sent us out a chip but it didn’t solve the problem. Stan will
call him again to see what else we can do. The phone number for First
Build is 502 8520021."
Hope this is useful info.
