Have you ever consideredhosting a foreign exchange student? This is your chance!
Please help place a female student (age 16)from Italy who has Celiac Disease, into a home in the U.S. for the upcomingschool year of August 2024 to June 2025! Sofia’s Celiac Diagnosis wasdiscovered when she was three years old. She may be placed anywhere in the U.S.but preferably in a 125 mile radius of Greensboro, NC.
Sofia’s primary interests aresinging and dancing (ballet and Hip hop) and she loves to cook and bake. Additionalinterests are drawing or painting, listening to popular music, computers/internet.
Her favorite subjects are Math,Philosophy and English. She has also studied German and French. Her future careeris not determined at this time, but she has interests in architecture, criminologyand medical.
She is an only child but would beanxious to have children in a host family. She also loves dogs and cats.
If you are willing to help thisfamily, please respond to me and I will submit your interest with the Student ExchangeProgram she is working with so they may explain the process. The agency hasindicated the student comes with their own money and health insurance.
