I take 25mg of Dapsone twice daily which seems to control the DH well.  I
have no side effects, but I understand that Dapsone can cause serious long
term side effects (liver damage I think?) in people with certain metabolic
characteristics.  My doctor orders a blood test twice a year to monitor for
this problem.
