Hi everybody,
I had only 4 responses; thank you all!. However, all of them are in
agreement with me. Somehow we are getting use to reading those “negative
stories” about GF diet. Good news is that people are just ignoring it. One
of those days most of those reporters get feeling of toxicity of gluten.
It is interesting that I never read any study, which would prove, that all,
or some of those published health disorders cause by gluten are not
correct. It would make sense to attack false information. Even governments
should step in. There is a good reason for it. What do you think?

Lately media took offence on gluten free diet. They claim that GF diet is
unhealthy; even danger. Apparently rice contains arsenic, which may cause
many health problems. They do not mentioned that arsenic is also in wheat
and another grains. Nature uses it to protect seeds from funguses and other
diseases. `The world is just not perfect. According to media, there is no
such thing as safe food. Eggs use to be poison, also red meat and many
other products. Fish is also not healthy, because it contains mercury. Pour
Newfoundlanders; they live most of their life on fish. No need to mention
Asians. Their major food sources are rice. However, they are healthier than
rest of the world; perhaps they use to have limited access to wheat. Now it
is changing. It seems to me that they are developing “modern” diseases as a
heart problem and so on and on.
Most people after diagnose gluten intolerance, they trying mimic “normal”
food. However, it is too difficult and expensive. Gluten free diet is a
different game. Ones you get use to live without bread and cookies life is
wonderful. There are so many choices to prepare delicacies food without
gluten; just needs a little reading.
