Found this is a newsgroup. Was curious about the mentioned report. In Dr.
Reichelt's writing he doesn't use the word "seratonin". Don Wiss.

A friend told me that she heard a radio news report that eating pasta
increases seratonin levels in the brain. Is this possible? Does anyone
know the source of this information? Thanks.
