Someone recently made a post to the 725 people on the list because they
did not know the personal address of a list subscriber. In case you are
ever in this situation, please recall that there are three ways to
handle this sort of problem that do not involve sending a message to the
whole list.
First, you can send a message to any one of the list owners asking for
someone's e-mail address. If you don't remember the list owner
addresses and don't have your welcome message, you can send your message
to:
[log in to unmask]
Second, you can get a list of all subscribers to the list which
includes their e-mail addresses, by sending a message to:
[log in to unmask]
The message should contain this line:
REVIEW CELIAC
Third, you can change your subscription so that a brief "header" is
placed at the beginning of each message from the list. To do this,
send a message to:
[log in to unmask]
The message should contain this line:
SET CELIAC DUALHDR
This will show the e-mail address for each posting to the CELIAC list.
