Dimitrios recently shared a gluten-like reaction to Glutino bread.
I always have a gluten-like reaction to anything with xanthan gum in it, and
I have heard others allege the same.
I wonder how many cases of what we assume are "cross contamination" are
actually just reactions to xanthan or other gums?
Anybody have any similar experiences to gums or any other ingredients? I
will summarize.
