I don't have a recipe but I just made a terrific batch of bagels using a mix
from "the Gluten free Pantry" in glastonbury conn. This is my third and most
successful batch. My non-CS wife says there as good as real good
bagels.Their phone # is 203-633-3826. They also have some other great stuff.
