Our two and a half year old has recently been introduced to a dairy-free
diet. Next week, he goes on the gluten-free diet. One of the things we're a
little intimidated by is removing cheerios from his life. It's not just a
breakfast food, it's a great snack food, it helps calm him down in
restaurants and in the car, etc. Is there such a thing as a substitute --
that he might actually like?
