Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on the incidence of alcoholism
in celiac/gluten-intolerant families?

I'm curious about this, because I've heard it explained that some
alcoholics drink to control their moods.  And the undiagnosed celiac "can
be" moody and irritable.  Could be a perfect match.

Also, I've read references to the addictive nature of glutens on this
list.  Would this add to an alcoholic problem?

I checked the index, no prior references.   Any one care to comment?
