I'm going with family on a cruise on Norwegian? I totally don't get free style dining, because the other two cruises I took had set seating...which made it easier to have the same waiter and head waiter for all of our meals...and for me to get gluten-free. Has anyone gone on Norwegian? I forget if I'm on the Gem or the Jewel, but it's the one with Nickelodean characters. How does it work getting gluten-free meals, if you can eat anywhere, anytime and don't have the same staff each time?

Thanks. Lin
