Bob & Ruth's Gluten-free Dining & Travel Club was established in 1998
with the mission to make going out to eat and traveling Gluten-free
easier.  Over the years we have done this in many different ways.

We conduct entertaining and informative Workshops around the USA and
Canada - trying to give those on the Gluten-free Diet the tools to use
that may make going out to eat easier and more enjoyable again.

We publish a Quarterly Newsletter that highlights lifestyle issues:
Member's experiences while going out to eat and traveling, both good
and not good - Breaking News on new Gluten-free Products and restaurants
- Members' Test Kitchen, where volunteer members test Gluten-free
products and evaluate them for publication - Ruth's Kitchen, where we
share new products we've become aware of and Recipes for a variety of
great Gluten-free foods - Highlights of our Gluten-free Getaways from
our and our members perspective - and so much more.

We arrange and personally escort Gluten-free Getaways of variety of
lengths, costs and types - from 2-3 night "mini's" to European River
Boat Cruises to Ocean Cruises to Safaris to Tours all over the World.

We have a reputation for not only providing safe Gluten-free food, but
Great food too - just because a chef cannot use Wheat, Barley, Rye and
Oats is no reason he cannot prepare and serve us GREAT FOOD.
