Just a warning - I saw Julia from Cook's Illustrated on TV yesterday -she said to dry herbs, wrap them in a paper towel and microwave them.  A little over one minute I had flames shooting out of the microwave.  Stupid of me - I should have known, but I wanted to save some of you the same problem.
