Does anyone know if Omission Beer is still questionable as far as being GF? If I understand it correctly, it sounds as if it's made like real beer, then the gluten is processed out in some way but that there could still be some gluten in it. I prefer RedBridge, but a favorite restaurant that I go to only serves Omission. Thanks for the info!!
Jan
