Yesterday I had such a frustrating experience as I looked for shelled walnuts, for baking, that were NOT labeled as produced in a factory with wheat. I was unsuccessful as all brands I checked - Diamond, Naturals and two store brands - contained a packaged in...wheat allergen statement. Ugh!
Does anyone know of a brand in the New England/Tristate area that is safe for Celiacs that does not have an allergen statement indicating wheat?
Thanks in advance.
