Hey Paul, basically its not really what we eat its how much we eat, we are
taught or I was that YOU NEED TO EAT ALL YOUR FOOD!!!!! well, ok so that
may be true as a kid but now as adults if there are any lol. Anyway,. we
can have control over what we serve ourselves, so pray for guidance in what
and how much you eat that might sound weird, but I am taking a course on
www.settingcaptivesfree.com and its really cool, I am finding myself getting
closer to God than I ever was. So sorry for rambling, its not what but how
much we eat if we eat to be satisfied and not full we will loose weight.
Hope this helps.
Lelia
