Hi Mary,
I'm sorry if this response to yur question comes in delayed
fashion, but I have been busy of late, but wished to write
nonetheless.
At work, we have evaluated one Blackboard course produced by
George Washington University with regard to Section 508. The
course matter involved individuals with dimentia. For the
most part, I remember it being accessible. The only issue
involved our ability (or rather inability) to register for
the course using both the latest versions of JAWS and
WindowEyes screen readers.
I hope this info helps.
Regards,
Rajiv Shah
