Okay, I confess this is my first day back from vacation and I am definitely showing signs of reality shock :)
Question 1:
I have heard that RFBD has a new "pre-scanned" format that can be read using their e-clip software. I am confused as to how this is different from programs such as TextHelp which have a scanning / reading feature with them. Do you have to have their special program or can these books be read by any screen reading program?
Question 2:
If someone is beginning to use RFBD-related services now will they be able to get all of their books in the new format, or will they need access to both tape and reading programs?
Question 3:
What have people's experiences been like with this new format? I'm excited at the potential, but also want to understand the realities.
Thank you,
Eileen Haddon
