Hello everyone,
I have been without a computer for a while and an enjoying having mine back.
First, two praise reports. Our oldest son, Trenton, got a huge promotion with his company today with Merrill-Lynch. He has worked his way up to upper management with just a high school education.
The other praise is that our pastor was back to church last night. It was glorious.
My two prayer requests are that my brother-in-law, Bob, has a recurrence of his lymphoma. He will undergo treatment starting next week.
The second request is that our next to the youngest grandson, Adam, had an eye exam Monday. All of our kids when they were little, and now our grandkids, get eye exams because Philip’s detached retina has some history going at least back to Philip’s dad. He is ten. It was discovered that he has some abnormalities with one retina. The ophthalmologist described it as “retinal scarring.” Adam will see a specialist. Our son, Trenton, who I mentioned above regarding the promotion, is hoping that Adam can see the same specialist that he saw two years ago. We are praying that Adam will see Trenton’s doctor. The question is whether he will see someone as young as Adam. He usually doesn’t see children, but I am thinking that they might see Adam because he is not like an infant.
Sorry for the rambling here. Hope this all makes sense.
Sandy
