With every repeater in the area on echolink it has no effect on traffic 
anymore. If anything it just introduces problems especially if one certain 
station a couple towns over from me can get in to it.I think he only has a 
hand held so you might not have to worry about that you're not hand held 
distance from me I don't think though we could easily make contact somewhere 
since you're not far from me.
