I will do a more complete summary of gf eating in Ireland soon, but wanted
to give a special shout out to the Gluten Free Kitchen Company in
Tralee, Ireland. They are located in Ivy Terrace, just down the street
from the National Folk Theatre of Ireland.

Completely gf kitchen - lasagna, quiche, soup, scones, brown bread,
éclairs - every bite was delicious!! They are one year old, and
apparently looking at possibility of franchising. Worth a stop during your
travels! We had two great meals there!

Cheers, lynn
