Hi everyone
http://tinyurl.com/oreq78o Believe it or not the FDA stated to me in email correspondence that the term gluten-free is not part of the common or usual name for an ingredient. In addition the term could be considered intervening material in the ingredient statement. For much more information including from FDA please see the link at the beginning of this post.
