So far, I have received 5 responses to my posting my opinion as to the
damage in suing restaurants that serve gluten free options and charge
extra.
All 5 respondents agreed with me wholeheartedly.

I was also contacted by a  non profit called *Celiac Disease Money Squeeze*,
who is seeking to raise awareness of the challenges for celiac patients as
to the cost of gluten free medical nutrition therapy..

I wholeheartedly support the actions of this group, as I have spoken with
many older and/or retired people who have difficulty following a gluten
free diet because of the cost.
