If looking online for used gear, I think most of the ham sites have 
classified sections: qth.com, qrz.com, qsl.com.   Also some of the ham 
stores have used gear you can check out: HRO, Universal radio, Main Trading
Company, etc.

If looking for something local, ask your local club.


If interested in a particular piece of gear, ask on this list.   Someone 
here may have it, or know where one is.
