Access the Windows 7 task manager with ctrl-alt-delete, then arrow down to
"Task Manager".

I used to have the problem with Echolink that you fellows are talking about.
It was happening quite ofte. However, I haven't had the issue since I had a
new hard drive put into my h p desktop. I do have one question. How does one
access task manager in Windows Seven, just I should start having this
problem with Echolink, which I use quite often. Doug, N6NFF

I've had this problem with Windows XP, let alone Windows 7. Seems that
EchoLink doesn't fullly close, and when I start it up, I get an error
message that it's already running. I've always rebooted because I wasn't
sure what else to do.--Matt, N1IBB.
