Harvey,
Its true that the new browser, Edge, and the Microsoft mail program
don't work well, but you can use whatever mail program was on your
computer before the upgrade to Windows 10. Internet explorer, firefox
and crome still work in version 10. Just go in to a search box and type
"default browser" and you'll get a list of browsers that you can pick
from so that that browser will become your default browser.
