Jim,

I was the mystery voice that nobody could understand.  When I listened to 
myself on the Echolink test server, I couldn't understand my voice either. 
Apparently, Echolink didn't survive my upgrade to Windows 10, so I think 
I'll have to reinstall it.  Hopefully, it will work better the next time I 
check in.  That's what I get for not testing it first.
