Just spent several hours baking gluten-free sugar cookies for Chanukah. They came out delicious, but more crumbly than in the past...So I guess I'm shipping cookie crumbs to the kids!!! They'll never make it to California or North Carolina, or even Pennyslvania, in one piece. Been baking gluten-free for over 20 years. One of these days, I have to find a gluten-free sugar cookie recipe that doesn't crumble. I made four double batches. That's a lot of crumbs!!!!
I’ve got a couple of baggies of cookies in the freezer, that didn’t crumble…but will. I’ve got two “loaves” of dough in refrigerator waiting to be rolled out.
Last year, I was studying for exams, so I just sent boxes of store-bought (gluten) Chanukah themed cookies. Was a lot cheaper and easier!
Help!!!!
