I don't think you're going to find such a rig with 220 in it but 70 CM up to 
160 without 220 is common. I run daily a Kenwood TS-2000 which has those 
bands, I have an Icom IC-706MKIIG which has them, the newer IC-7000, and I 
know there are a couple more. There isn't much out there with 220 at all 
actually because only a couple countries have that band. I've heard you can 
modify some of the radios I mentioned above to go there but results are 
varied and generally don't work.
