Tom, what was the solution to your winamp problem?
I missed it.

I'll try that, Howard, and get back to you.
It's easy enough to do with the rigrunner, but remember, the problem did
already go away when I checked and cleaned all DC power connections.
Still, my output power is down a bit, which to me still indicates
slightly-lower voltage than the 71A likes to see.

Tom, if you disconnect the ts-590, does the problem go away?
I can test that here, but everything is bolted to the supply, so it would
take a rench here.

Tom:
See my most recent posts.
After doing a considerable amount of troubleshooting, I don't think it's RF
getting into things.
I believe it's a voltage issue with my RS35 supply.
Will try another supply when I get the chance, so that I can confirm or deny
that theory.

Tom,
do you have, and have you tried a dummy load? particularly a well shielded
load. It sounds like R.F. getting into the rig where it don't belong.
good luck
