Hi:

For the "halibut", I googled this module, and was directed to ebay.  Several 
vendors claim to have them.  Never used this service, and would probably 
need sighted assistance to proceed any further.

Never used ebay before, so can't vouch for any of their claims, but this may 
be a possibility for getting a speech module.  Also told that it's a plug-in 
module though I couldn't do this by myself.
