Si, ma in anglese le "perfect" habe un signification IMperfecte,
i.e. pro actiones passate que continua in le presente, o que ha
un connexion con le presente per su consequentias.
In germano (e nederlandese) le uso es differente, es difficile
definir como exactemente, ma es certe que io non pote traducer
cata "heb gedaan" del nederlandese con un "have done" in anglese.
In nederlandese io crede que le perfecte es vermente perfecte
(i.e. pro actiones finite), ma no in anglese (e espaniol e
italiano?).
Como ja io diceva, tote isto me face le perfecte del interlingua
troppe incerte en inclar, e io prefere non utilisar lo. Si es
necessario exprimir information 'aspectional', io pote usar
adverbios.
