Steve:

This strategy works for me, but I don't seem to need to use the Jaws cursor.

As you say, if I go to
Email: Use mouse to view.. and use Jaws to focus on the ..., and then do a
left mouse click on the keyboard, the e-mail address does come up, and I can
read it with no problem, using my main pc cursor.

I also tried Ron's suggestion of going to the e-mail, use mouse to view, and
then hitting the left click button twice. This does bring up the e-mail
address, and, if I hit enter on that, I can send an e-mail to the person
whose call I have looked up.

The only problem I can see with either of these methods is that I am not
sure where the left mouse button will be on my work laptop computer, which I
do use when traveling, but I'm sure it's there somewhere.

So far, I haven't been able to get Howard's strategy of using the Jaws
cursor to work, but at least I now have two ways for getting the job done.

I'm going to save these notes for future reference, so that if I forget any
steps, I'll have something to fall back on.

Hopefully, nothing more will change on the qrz.com web site, at least for a
while.

Thanks all for your patience. This has been rather frustrating, but is the
nature of the beast, I guess.

Tom,

I've never been a big QRZ guy, although I do have a log in password.
Your posts got me curious and here is what I found:

Using JAWS 16 and Windows 7.

Where it says "e-mail, use mouse to view ...", I found that a left mouse
click on the part that says "dot dot dot" will bring up the
address. I have to use the JAWS cursor to read it, but it is there.

Clicking on other parts of the phrase don't work for me. It has to be on
the "dot dot dot".

I had also maximized the screen first, but that probably had no effect
on anything. So if the other suggestions don't work, try my bright idea.
