Paul:
The only thing I would add is that possibly you may want to try taking a
chef's salad for lunch, at least a couple days a week. If you use low-fat
meats, not coldcuts, it's pretty nutritious.
Also, I really agree with the point about exercise. Tracey and I try to
walk when possible. We also bought an exercise machine, and it's helping
both of us with much needed weight loss.
