Well, I think by deleting all of your temp files you have successfully
ensured you will never find that file again.  Smile.  That's where it would
have been since Word does automatic saves and saves them in the temp
directory.  I'm not sure if they go into the recycle bin (that trash bin on
your desktop) or not, though.  You could check there and if there are a lot
of files in there, restore them to where they were.  Then, if you created or
revised the document today, try to do a search for those temp files created
or revised within the past day and you might find it.
