I found this in the "health foods" freezer of my local Kroger Supermarket. It's imported from Ireland. The slices are large, like a bakery rye or pumpernickel. It has a lot of ingredients, but no milk, soy or eggs (or wheat starch), so I gave it a try, even though it had no allergen statement or 3rd party certification. I'm extremely sensitive, but had no reaction after eating 4 slices over 8 days. It's a nice change from my usual free-of-everything bread, and not bad taste- and texture-wise. I did slightly thaw it and put double wax paper between the slices, so I could withdraw one at a time and keep it in the freezer. I will buy it again if I see it, but 1 week later it was all gone.
