I may have missed something here but I learned the hard way that a voltage 
drop can be introduced by dirty, in-line fuse holders. I even replaced the 
power supply, only to find the problem was still there. Not until I 
thoroughly cleaned the fuses and fuse holders did it go away.If there are 
in-line fuse holders on the cable in question, I'd start there. 73. Lou
