In response to Ghee or clarified butter:
I have clarified both butter and margarine.  I could eat the margarine,
but the butter caused a reaction.  Keep i mind that I have a spastic
stomache reaction and that i can not use lactaid (mold-based culture) but
have achieved very good results with pro-bioplex.
