I’m sorry I haven’t been posting much lately but I got sick with the flue a couple of three weeks ago and although I had one sick day, the rest of my body felt as if I had been hit by a truck.  When my body stopped aching, it took several days just to get up enough energy to walk around.  When it wasn’t rainy, and boy have we had tons of it this summer so far, I was reading a book while sitting for literally hours on our deck swing.  My attention span, during that period of time, was so very low and I found it even difficult sitting down for more than 5 minutes at a time at my new mac computer.  Fortunately, although still somewhat weak at times, my energy level has improved and I’ve also been back on my low carb diet form of eating so a few more pounds have been coming off.  I’ll post more in a minute.  I want to check something with the server and my computer.
