Subject: call sign question

Hello all:

Earlier today, I heard a station calling "CQ". His/Her Morse was pretty
fast(at limit of my ability), but I managed to copy the prefix OZ1-wish I
had entire call, but does anyone know what country this prefix belongs to?

Best regards,

David S. Pearson-wa4dsp
