When I asked this question here about 10 years ago, our late friend 
Kevin K7RX (SK),  suggested the Antec brand.  I put one in an XP 
computer and no RFI .   It's the backup pc now but still running and 
still no problems.

Of course, times and companies change over a decade, so  don't know 
about current quality, but if I was in need of a supply, I would 
probably buy another Antec.
