I almost removed this thread to prevent over 12 thousand messages from cluttering up my inbox. Lol!

Anyway I happen to see this and am wondering what radios they would work on. I have a 2 year old baofeng uv5r whose receiver is crapping out and am wondering if one of these would bump up my gain and send a bit. I'm still just a tech so nothing to complex for me yet. loll!

Also would this be something I carry around or am I stuck using it in one place?

Tc and 73, and happy Friday.
