A computerized device such as an iPad, iPhone or other
tablet/phone may be your best bet rather than streaming audio
due to all the ways it can not quite be accurate.

There are network protocols such as ntp, (Network time
protocol), which are very good for syncing clocks over the
network.

They automatically compensate for network jitters as
well as can be expected and your device usually ends up close to
one second or less to the correct time.

You could use that device to tell you when to set your
clock.

I have a talking alarm clock and a watch that use the
signal on 60 KHZ from WWVB and both are spot on if you set the
alarm to go off at the time one is interested in.

Just set the alarm at some time a couple of minutes
ahead. Set your clock to that time but don't complete just yet
and wait until the alarm goes off to hit the last button on the
clock.
