I have a Gluten Free list from Tesco, UK (Spermarket Chain). They say their
Barly Malt Vinegar is Gluten Free..they say the Gluten is washed out is
processing. Is that possible, please?
Could I ask you something, Don, whilst I (may) have your attention. Would it
be possible to design a simple Gluten Tester..like a probe with a
microprocessor at the other end and an LED read out with yes/or no in the
display...
Then if you go to a restaurant or buy suspect food or wish to check food
which someone says is GF you could immediately check it..what chemical
compaound is Gluten anyway?
