Here is the latest I have on this unwanted audio getting into streams.  I
spoke to Cathy Anne Mertha yesterday.  Those of you who know her know she is
very capable.  I allowed her to tandem into my computer and went into the
manage add on's menu.  She disabled one of the search bars, I think it was
the Webroot Security one.  I haven't totally tested this out yet, but she
said add on's may be the problem that is causing this extraneous audio to
enter into websites.  I may try the Microsoft accessibility team if this
problem continues.
