Plug the interface cable into the far left-hand din jack on the rig, so that
the cable is facing to the left, away from the radio.

Hi, Again, Folks.  Am working on a few rigs at a time, so sorry for the two
posts.  Just got a TMV71A, and can't seem to plug the DIN connector into the
radio.  Is there a trick to doing this?  Which way should the cable be
pointing when I plug it into the connection?  Thanks in advance.--Matt,
