i've been seeking them and have all but 3 so far. From my QTH in 
Pennsylvania, 40 meters is a great band for this. But, I have to say, the 
quality of the phone ops has been disappointing. I think its mainly just 
inexperience, but some of them sound totally befuddled. And I'm talking 
about the special event ops themselves. Guess I'm getting more curmudgeonly
